I called Lee in the AM, and was able to get a tech scheduled to come out in the afternoon on the same day! Tony was tech the tech, and he was knowledgeable and did an excellent job performing the repairs and installing a new opener that he had on the van with him. "Avery and Susan came to our house and repaired a severe crack and repainted our kitchen ceiling. You would never know there was such a severe crack. Also replaced the backdoor and the storm door. Beautiful job. They also made some repairs along the way. This included removing and old stove and repairing the electrical outlet and repairing a dutch door that was not installed correctly. Overhead even sent a tech to tighten a screw and check the installation a couple weeks later when I asked them too. Doors are solid, I went with the steel doors w/o windows since I have kids. The door is huge, I wanted the largest door for my 2 car garage. I also got the phone app option which is very nice - I can shut the door from my office. It also came with a light that I needed. The garage doors make the house look bigger and the long panels look very nice."
