"It went excellent. Dan and the other gentleman arrived on time, were very respective of my house and removed their shoes as I just had new carpeting installed. He then asked me where everything was located around my house for the duct cleaning and they went to work right away. It was not too loud so I was able to still watch TV and they were very timely and picked up everything when they were done. Very fair pricing also. Dan showed me some pictures of before and after and what a difference. I also had some dented ducts and since I bought pre-construction years ago that is how they came and they straightened them out to help with hear/air efficiency.
