"We were working with a tight schedule and our poor inspector came out, sick as a dog, to keep our Friday afternoon appointment. Since the appointment was late in the day, he told us the inspection report would be emailed to us by 8 am Monday morning. We had to follow up with them on Monday and didn't receive it until nearly 5 pm. On the one hand, I appreciated that they kept the appointment; on the other, I was frustrated that the work was not completed in the time frame we were told. In most cases, a few extra hours on a termite inspection probably doesn't matter, but in our case, it held up our real estate transaction and cost us money."

"Todd fit me in within 2 weeks of my request, and arrived as promised.  I ran errands while Todd and his helper got to prepping.  I was gone a couple of hours and they had already patched all the holes, repaired the ceiling, and had the 2nd coat started.  I was amazed at how fast they worked and how the mess was contained to the area they worked in; no dust throughout the house.  They were able to complete the job in that same day.  On completion, Todd pointed out areas of the drywall that he was dissatisfied with. Since he was unable to do the exterior power wash due to the unending rain, he made plans to set up a time to address the drywall again and power wash after Christmas. <br /> Todd painted and tore down wallpaper at my son's 1960s house before he moved in April 2015.  He did a wonderful job!  I recommend Todd to anyone looking for a painter. <br />"
