"Some people can override it. But on my refrigerator, you have to replace the filter or you get no ice or no water. The service was excellent. They called back. First, they had to order the part. But then they called right back and told me it was in and came and set up a date. They are very quick to get to you too when you call them. They did it within a couple of days. I talked to the owner. He told me that they had appointments that week. I called back the next morning because he said he wanted me to talk to a technician to make sure that I needed anybody to come out. They didn't have to do that because they charge you $50 to come out. He said, "You want to talk to the technician in the morning and then schedule the appointment. Sometimes it's something you can do it easy while they got you on the phone." But, when I looked up, I could see that the part was a mess. I think I rammed it up too hard."
