Because of a tight dishwasher installation due to the previous installation of ceramic tiles and associated subfloor, the new countertops had to be installed at a slightly elevated height.  Some other potential bidders would not even consider doing this.  Heartwood even went further, suggesting more than one design accommodation, giving me a choice of options.
