I have a home warranty on my house and when i called to have my washing machine repaired, the warrant company assigned it to a big chain repair company and the soonest appointment I could get was 15 days. A friend referred Mid Maryland to me so I had the warranty company change the referral. Mid Maryland came out to do the repair in just a few days which is fantastic especially since it was the holidays. They were very professional and knew exactly what was wrong with it and was even able to come back the next day to install the part that they had to order. I was very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them."

Tom sent a follow up email with a link to a tech company that would fix the electronic controller board. He included the specific parts number which turns out was the right one, not the one specified in the manufacturer's online documentation! I shipped the broken parts out. The repaired controller came back just in a few days. The part was installed and range operational before my wife was ready for her morning tea. I hugged the old stove.
