"This company responded immediately via both a return call and service. We were extremely pleased with their service, expertise, fees and politeness. Thank you!"

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"BP appliance is far superior than the first person that Home Advisor sent for repairs. Two days after the first person we still had the same problem.BP appliance found the problem within an hour and will order the part to fix it.Very knowledgeable and would recommend to anyone"

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"Excellent - Carlos is responsive, experienced, and provides great customer service. He was also flexible when needed. Would be happy to hire again and have done so. My kitchen is beautiful!"

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."

"Great service! The team came to our restaurant quickly and fixed our freezer efficiently. Friendly, professional, and reliable – highly recommend"

"I had a great experience with the technician who repaired my dryer. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and clearly explained what needed to be fixed. Throughout the visit he was professional, courteous, and respectful of my home. The repair was completed efficiently, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I also appreciated that he answered my questions and gave helpful tips on maintaining the dryer to prevent future issues. Overall, the service was excellent. I’m very satisfied with the repair and would definitely recommend this technician to anyone needing appliance service."
