Find cost of installations for all work, not just Servant, is more than we would expect, but that's where skill and experience factor in. "We hired MPH plumbing to renovate our bathrooms (2 vanities, new shower/bath, 3 toilets, 4 faucets). It took a little longer than expected due to some damaged flooring and another scheduled job, but we're very happy with the overall outcome! Mike went to bat for us, too, when somehow I ordered a faucet without a drain/stopper and the distributor wanted to charge full price. Mike was available by text, phone, or email and gave updates of his progress. I had to do some minor touch ups (eg, caulking, silicone), but this was part of a complete renovation. So the painting, lighting, and bathroom accessories were my responsibility. Mike's a nice guy, too, and will be respectful of your property and pets. I would hire him again, but I don't have any more bathrooms to fix up. I only wish he did kitchen renovations!"

We first hired Jeff in 2015 to create stone steps and walkways. We liked the result so much we worked again with him in 2017 when we dreamed about transforming our lackluster backyard. He patiently listened to our ideas and then designed our backyard oasis for us. He created an acre sized flagstone patio that included stone walkways and stairs, raised stone flower beds and circular stone fire pit, and an outdoor kitchen area. The project came in on time, on budget and to this day has no drainage or settling issues. In 2018 we hired Jeff to complete interior renovations which included plumbing, carpentry and electrical work. He updated two bathrooms - which included a one-of-a kind custom natural indoor field stone rain shower. He also removed and installed new radiator covers and hardwood floors throughout our home. My husband was hospitalized during these renovations and Jeff's control over these projects allowed me to focus completely on that, knowing my home was in trustworthy, competent hands. Jeff is an honest, reasonably priced, skilled and experienced contractor who has a great crew working for him who stands behind his work. Wanted to have my Husband home while the plumber was here, so set up the appointment for a Friday.
