While there are we explain to him another problem we were having with our dryer. He quickly went to work on that and again, within an hour or so, he had the problem resolved. Alex Is very knowledgeable in what he is doing and waste no time making the repairs. This company has it going on. I won't hesitate to call them for any other needs on my appliances."
