"When we started our plan of remodeling, the first thing we did was the complete roof replacement including kitchen vent & duct pipe installation to the roof, and new installation of attic ventilation. MMP did not only completed it just as agreed but also very efficiently. The crews were friendly, professional, and careful. The jobs were carefully managed and implemented effectively. I was impressed by Matt, who is the manager, and he does an outstanding job in managing the crews and the progress of the situation, and the communication was clear and always to the point. We then moved to initiate a search for a contractor of two bathrooms remodeling after completing the roof and attic vent, MMP was one of the many candidates. Matt has had not only the best idea and proposals but also shown an impressive & professional sense of evaluating the project accurately, including the possible structural modification as well as a competitive estimate of the cost of the build. His proposal included a rebuild of a wall of the bathroom to expand another one adjacent to it. Matt accepted to use my schematic design image (made with a software tool) and a spreadsheet list of the fixtures that I created - as many as fifty items including TOTO, Grohe, American Standard, Panasonic, and IKEA - to start the job (later changed some of them due to local plumbing code compliance) After beginning the bathroom remodel project, Matt shared what jobs will be done with us timely and efficiently via text so that we feel comfortable enough in knowing what is going on while living in the house of dust & noise from remodeling. The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job. "I recently contracted with Abalia Construction to finish my basement, and overall, my experience was great! Things that stand out for working with Khaled are his communication style, his ownership/creativity to meet the design in delivering the end-product and his efforts to keep our project timeline and budget. He brought fresh and innovative ideas to the table, transforming our basement into a unique space that stands out. The incorporation of creative elements added a distinct touch, making the final result more interesting and personalized. Khaled demonstrated an ability to manage time effectively, ensuring that the basement was completed within the specified period and provided a realistic cost estimate from the beginning which they stuck to. There were still some unforeseen delays to the project due to either material back-order or unavailability of workers, but still Khaled worked personally to keep the project on task and within reasonable time. Communication with Khaled was great as we were able to approach with any issues/concerns and he was able to have a logical cordial discussions to reach to an aligned position. He was responsive to queries and concerns. While the basement looks great quality there were still instances where attention to detail seemed lacking. The subcontractors and workers employed were also skilled professionals however their attention to details could have been better. Moreover, communication with workers/sub-contactors was little challenging due to fact them not speaking English. Clearer communication on these fronts could have mitigated some of the concerns I had during the construction process. However, Khaled overcame these challenges by taking an active role in addressing any issues even when it meant that he had to re-do some of the activities again, bringing his workers back, or even him spending long hours to complete the job to our satisfaction. In summary, Abalia Construction delivered a basement finishing project that showcased creativity and was completed within the agreed-upon timeframe and within budget all with an excellent communications. Without any doubt, they will be the first I reach out to for my next project."

"I could not be more pleased with Quality Built Construction. Having never completed a home project in our new home, we were nervous to begin several projects (complete remodel of bathroom, closet remodel and hallway flooring) at once. However, we were pleasantly surprised by how seamless the planning and remodels were. From the beginning, Pasha responded to all of our many e-mails and questions promptly and in a detailed manner. He met with us several times prior to beginning our project to review and ensure that each detail was accounted for. Additionally, Pasha provided us with many ideas to improve our projects and look and function of our home. Once the work began, we were extremely impressed with Pasha's cleanliness--we were not at all impacted by the work that was taking place; our home was dust-free and vacuumed thoroughly after each day of work. Not only was Pasha professional, but he was thorough, understanding, and very patient with us as we made some last minute changes. Pasha's ideas ended up being perfect for us, as we never would have thought to do some of these things since we are unaware of various construction options and this was all completely new territory for us. Lastly, Pasha was always punctual and focused on our home project until full completion, and even checked in with us afterwards to ensure we were satisfied. "We hired Iwano & Sons for the exterior painting of our home and garage. We found the process of working with Gabriel (Iwano) and his team to be beyond excellent. We obtained several quotes in the initial stages of identifying a contractor. From the outset Gabriel was prompt, professional and extremely responsive (we had many questions about the process). He and his team's follow up to questions and information was very speedy and patient with us. The work started quickly upon agreement. The team arrived early and promptly each day. Given this was a painting job, the team took great lengths to ensure the property around painting areas (plants etc) were covered and protected. The home was fully scraped, sanded, prepared and primed. The team addressed some carpentry issues and really tidied up a couple minor issues we had (an under deck stairs gate that was literally hanging off prior to the job; we didn't anticipate the team would fix this and they did ... brand new looking gate installed and fixed). Some rain delays (completely beyond the control of the team) postponed painting a little, but once clement weather returned, the team was back on site immediately. The house was painted with two coats of premium Benjamin Moore paint. We have been thrilled with the overall paint job and especially to the attention to detail to the trim etc. We even had a last minute addition request, to the work, which Gabriel accommodated overnight and was done the next day (we asked for some drain down spouts to be replaced as part of the work, and it was done the next day). We are extremely happy with the work Iwano & Sons has done. The job completed with Gabriel coming to do a walk around the property with us to ensure satisfaction and needs had been addressed. He also providing an informational booklet on the job, about paint information (color codes etc) and materials used, for future reference. Another extremely nice touch and professional aspect to this company. Would very much recommend Gabriel/Iwano & Sons. Professional, courteous, and excellent work.
