Although the overall job was good, I give the company a C for quality for several reasons; there are some electrical wires still hanging from the roof or laying on the lawn from the siding job, and after only 4 months my new driveway has a crack that needs to be addressed. I have had several encounters with both Brian and Mike regarding the jobs performed at my home, they have both been responsive, but my encounter with Mike today really demonstrated excellent customer service skills and professionalism. "John arrived on time to take a look at all of the projects with me. He came back a second time and patiently went over everything with my husband as well. He had some pricing prepared and got back to us quickly with new pricing based on our modifications. John was very neat and took good care of our house. He was able to seamlessly blend the new paneling, windows and door into our existing 1970s structure. The windows that he custom ordered for us are really nice quality. John came back after the project was complete to fine tune the door after we took it down to finish it and change out the hardware after we changed our mind on the finish. Everything was re-trimmed to match and John was often able to recycle the parts that he removed, which I think is great. He was very kind and courteous to my whole family. Our salesperson, Bill, was a great help in helping us to pick the right style of cabinets and the sizes that fit into the spaces we had. Bill was always on hand for us to ask any questions and to get things done. The cabinets, flooring, lighting and tile go together perfect. The installers, Glen and Brett were excellent. From start to finish they were there on time and cleaned up everyday. They even put up with all the questions we had to which they answered everyone of them. In the mist of getting the kitchen done we decided to get our Living room and family room floors done also. Bill went right to getting them ordered and setting up an install date. Everything was done and it all looks Great."
