"I called and they were able to come to my home and repair my oven the next day. The two repair men were super nice, efficient, and repaired the oven pretty quickly!! Cannot thank you enough for being able to fit me in almost immediately."

"Determined that it was not the pump but possibly the control board. This will help us in determining if it is cost-effective to repair the dishwasher or buy a new one."

"My Bosch dishwasher, which has been in service for 15 years, has proven to be an exceptionally reliable appliance. After a kitchen renovation that included relocating the dishwasher, it ceased to function. Initially, I planned to replace it with a new unit, but the combined cost of the appliance, installation, and delivery was $1500. Due to the considerable expense, I contacted ACT RIGHT APPLIANCES REPAIR. Donell performed a diagnostic evaluation, concluding that the water valve required replacement. He efficiently replaced the valve, ensuring the dishwasher's optimal performance. Additionally, he examined my other appliances and discovered a defective dryer light, which he promptly replaced. This experience was overwhelmingly positive, with the repair cost being a fraction of the expense associated with replacing the entire unit."

"I wish my first call had been to Eddie and Repair Tech Plus. He fixed my TV after another repair service told me the situation was hopeless if I didn't spend an unreasonable amount of money with them (after, of course, they'd missed their first appointment with me). The best part of dealing with Eddie instead was his professional and friendly approach; he was prompt, on-time, informative, and frank. He always returned phone calls as promised, showed up as agreed. As an authorized technician, he always called the TV company direct if there were any technical issues that needed dealing with. During the initial diagnostic visit, he very honestly talked to me about the cons of repair -- that depending on which component needed to be replaced, it may approach the cost of simply buying a new (albeit smaller) set. I decided to go ahead with the repair anyway, and Eddie did everything he could to make sure we got it repaired efficiently and in a timely manner. I really do wish I hadn't let another repair service waste a week and that I had simply found Repair Tech Plus first. Eddie and RepairTech Plus made what can potentially be a stressful situation comfortable."

"I was very happy with the service for my dryer repair. I was able to get a next day appointment. He was prompt and very professional and friendly. He explained the problem with the dryer, parts and repairs needed, and the cost I will definitely use this business again and recommend Wilson?s Home Solutions to others."

"Best experience I?ve ever had with a service repair! Hands down! Dante was knowledgeable and professional! I wish all repair people could be like him. He even came out in a snow storm to repair my washer dryer! You don?t get service like that anymore. 5 stars ?????"
