They are extremely honest, hardworking, skilled and professional. When I had their work inspected by the County Building Department, the inspector termed their quality of work as "outstanding". After waterproofing I also had them backfill the foundation which was also performed to the same high standards. Everything was completed at a cost that was more than fair. I first contacted Sealtech because of the good reviews I had read about them, but now I'm happy to make the same kind of recommendation based on my own personal experience."

"I will start by saying that the work they did waterproofing our basement looks good, and I am hopeful that it has fixed our problem. We've had a good bit of rain recently, and so far, so good. That, of course, is the most important thing. That said, I chose this company, even though they were on the high range of the quotes I received, because I did not mind paying more for a professional experience and great customer service. I was disappointed with this aspect of the experience. The day they were scheduled to begin they never showed up, and I ended up calling them three times that day. The woman in the office was responsive, but she said that they did not know where they were. The next scheduled appointment was for the morning, and they did not end up coming until 2pm, again without any communication. Both instances were due to car issues, but a phone call to keep me updated would have been appreciated to allow me to better plan my day. When they did start the work the crew leader was friendly and appeared to know what he was doing, but he offered little information about the job unless I asked. Prior to the work being done, I also had to keep after the sales representative to put their warranty in writing. Twice he promised to email it to me, and only after contacting him a third time did he send it through. If I had not paid so much (over $11,000) I would have given them another star, but at this price point my expectations were high."

"When you call the typical foundation and crawlspace company, the common response is *We will send someone out to give you a quote*. It is very difficult to get a knowledgeable person on the phone. Vince at Foundation Doctor was nice enough to give me his time on the phone to discuss my issues. He then volunteered to come out to take a look for himself since it was a somewhat unusual situation. After he and his associate took a look he said he did not think I needed his help and we went outside to look at where he thought we may find the problem. He took a look at the landscaping and made suggestions for what may be done to fix the cause of the problem. The landscaping fix will be much less expensive. This after other companies quoted thousands of dollars to fix a crawlspace problem that was not the cause of the issue. Vince never offered a quote or tried to sell me anything. He just asked me to let him know how the landscaping fix turns out. I cannot tell you how rare it is to find a company that will share their experience with you and expects nothing in return. Based entirely on the integrity and helpfulness they showed, I cannot recommend them highly enough."

"Chris was very thorough and went above and beyond which is why we chose Crawl Space Jam for our project. We needed full crawl space encapsulation with a dehumidifier due to moisture and mold issues. Other companies recommended installing perimeter drainage and a sump pump in addition to encapsulation. Chris did the extra work to uncover an existing perimeter drain in our crawl space and he even tested it to ensure it was draining properly. I recommend Crawl Space Jam without hesitation."

"Bill and his crew were amazing! We built an addition on the back of our home and inadvertently created lots of drainage problems on our property. We had flooding around our foundation and even water getting into the crawl space. Bill came out, assessed the situation and proposed several solutions for us to choose from. He left and within hours we received a detailed quote. We were happy with the price and thoroughly impressed with the work that was done. They created a swale with drainage boxes and pipes to take water around and away from the house. They used rock, mulch, straw and grass seed as needed to address each area of concern. We have had rain a couple of times since the project was completed and have not worried at all about flooding around our foundation. I know I can only give 5 stars but 10/10, recommend!"
