"If you want to have your foundation waterproofing job done the right way, then I recommend that you have Dani and Sealtech Waterproofing take care of the project for you. They are extremely honest, hardworking, skilled and professional. When I had their work inspected by the County Building Department, the inspector termed their quality of work as "outstanding". After waterproofing I also had them backfill the foundation which was also performed to the same high standards. Everything was completed at a cost that was more than fair. I first contacted Sealtech because of the good reviews I had read about them, but now I'm happy to make the same kind of recommendation based on my own personal experience."

"I will start by saying that the work they did waterproofing our basement looks good, and I am hopeful that it has fixed our problem. We've had a good bit of rain recently, and so far, so good. That, of course, is the most important thing. That said, I chose this company, even though they were on the high range of the quotes I received, because I did not mind paying more for a professional experience and great customer service. I was disappointed with this aspect of the experience. The day they were scheduled to begin they never showed up, and I ended up calling them three times that day. The woman in the office was responsive, but she said that they did not know where they were. The next scheduled appointment was for the morning, and they did not end up coming until 2pm, again without any communication. Both instances were due to car issues, but a phone call to keep me updated would have been appreciated to allow me to better plan my day. When they did start the work the crew leader was friendly and appeared to know what he was doing, but he offered little information about the job unless I asked. Prior to the work being done, I also had to keep after the sales representative to put their warranty in writing. Twice he promised to email it to me, and only after contacting him a third time did he send it through. If I had not paid so much (over $11,000) I would have given them another star, but at this price point my expectations were high."

Customer service was excellent throughout the course of the project . They provided a schedule for work and stuck to it. And Even with current torrential rains in this area my basement remains dry and cozy. Also, Their work has enabled me to avoid any mold problems that could have resulted from a wet basement. EVERYONE I dealt with in this company was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, skilled, personable, and professional! The inspector, office personnel, and project managers were a pleasure to speak with. The crew was always prompt, extremely hardworking and polite! They kept me informed daily on what they were doing. I was very impressed with their work and work ethic. The project manager came several times to check on things and assist. They charged an extremely fair price for all the work that was done! Other big name companies I got estimates from were $3,000+ higher. I feel confident I will not have any more issues with my foundation or crawl space. "Bill and his crew were amazing! We built an addition on the back of our home and inadvertently created lots of drainage problems on our property. We had flooding around our foundation and even water getting into the crawl space. Bill came out, assessed the situation and proposed several solutions for us to choose from. He left and within hours we received a detailed quote. We were happy with the price and thoroughly impressed with the work that was done. They created a swale with drainage boxes and pipes to take water around and away from the house. They used rock, mulch, straw and grass seed as needed to address each area of concern. We have had rain a couple of times since the project was completed and have not worried at all about flooding around our foundation. I know I can only give 5 stars but 10/10, recommend!"
