Most of your professional landscapers require that you use their grass for any overseeding projects, but in my case I had already purchased a seed of preference and Isaac was willing to accommodate. I had also personally did the first dethatching of the lawn 1 week prior. Isaac was very responsive with giving me a quote, which was fair. In fact, I ended up calling him back days later to see if he could do the job about a week earlier than what we had originally scheduled and thankfully he was accommodating in meeting my wish during one of the busiest times of the fall season.
