"We hired them for a complete house remodel, porch addition, and a 54ft by 14ft addition to the back of our home. They added 600 sq foot of living space, an amazing new gourmet kitchen. We also had them install new flooring throughout, new roof, windows, and new HVAC. They have truly transformed our home at a very fair price compared to the increase in home value we received. Jad(the owner) was very responsive throughout the whole process(always same date responses to questions, changes, concerms) and their entire crew is made up of people who do great work, people you can trust alone in your home without any question, and everybody is a craftsman in their respective trades. Would and have recommended to family and friends and we will have them back on all future projects down the road"

"Not sure who is writing 5 star reviews for BOAZ construction as our home renovation experience was very different. Ran over by 12 months, piers were missing in the crawl space, lots of mistakes, just ripped out the shower they installed because the liner was installed wrong and leaked, David nor Stan really care. They are content with delivering subpar work and subpar subcontractors. None of our home's interior doors or exterior doors not installed by ClarkHall stay when open. Every single one is a ghost door. Our home renovation was/is the joke of the neighborhood due to the amount of time it took and our ongoing issues. The crew of Grant, Bryan and Gary were always on time and stayed late when necessary. Todd, with Grant, oversaw the projects through to completion. They built a large porch for us, remodeled the kitchen and master bathroom plus added a few smaller projects at the same time. "Patio started out good. Work got sloppy. After many attempts to get it done correctly, I had to get someone to come back and redo the grout. We also had to get some pavers leveled out. Much much money spent on yard as well and work done looks like something I could have done myself. Much money wasted."

"Since I currently live far away, I arranged for the flooring refinishing and carpet replacement to be done remotely. The company was very responsive, so I assumed everything would be completed as agreed. However, I later received photos from another vendor showing that they had finished the work without reinstalling the pedestals under the toilet and sink, which were removed for the floor refinishing. I had placed a lot of trust in them, so I’m extremely disappointed and will certainly not be using their services again."

"I needed help with some shrub removal and planting in my front landscape, and got several quotes. I already had the plants, soil, fertilizer, and materials needed, but am not physically able to dig by myself. I had a means of disposing of the removed materials, so there was no haul-away included. Along with the planting, I needed to have a decorative stone wall repaired because it was starting to lean. Again, labor only. I was looking for a company that could do both. The bids for the planting work, which was straightforward and simple labor, were in the range of $400, except for New East Landscapes. Their price was much higher for the planting work, but they assured me they could do the planting within a couple of days and also repair the stone wall within 2 weeks for what seemed to be a very fair additional price. Because they seemed to know exactly what to do with the wall, and showed pictures of other projects they had done, I decided to pay the higher price so I could have one company complete both tasks. They emailed written quotes for the work, which I signed and returned. They told me the time they would come to do the planting work on Sunday, a couple of days later. The work on the wall would be done when they could fit it in, but within two weeks. On Sunday April 9, they arrived more than an hour late, so late that I was concerned they weren't coming. They did the planting work which took them less than 1.75 hours to complete. They clearly knew their plants, placed them where I asked, and the work was competent, but this job did not actually require 3 workers, which is what they brought. I paid them for that work and asked to schedule the wall repair. Xavier told me he would call me to schedule the time within two weeks and would find out the cost of a few stones that were needed to support the wall. He never called me back. I attempted to follow up with them by several phone calls, which went to voicemail that was not accepting messages. Also sent text messages and email. No response of any kind from them, and it has now been a month since they promised to return to complete the work. The wall is looking increasingly unstable and the work still needs to be done."
