"We hired them for a complete house remodel, porch addition, and a 54ft by 14ft addition to the back of our home. They added 600 sq foot of living space, an amazing new gourmet kitchen. We also had them install new flooring throughout, new roof, windows, and new HVAC. They have truly transformed our home at a very fair price compared to the increase in home value we received. Jad(the owner) was very responsive throughout the whole process(always same date responses to questions, changes, concerms) and their entire crew is made up of people who do great work, people you can trust alone in your home without any question, and everybody is a craftsman in their respective trades. Would and have recommended to family and friends and we will have them back on all future projects down the road"

"Not sure who is writing 5 star reviews for BOAZ construction as our home renovation experience was very different. Ran over by 12 months, piers were missing in the crawl space, lots of mistakes, just ripped out the shower they installed because the liner was installed wrong and leaked, David nor Stan really care. They are content with delivering subpar work and subpar subcontractors. None of our home's interior doors or exterior doors not installed by ClarkHall stay when open. Every single one is a ghost door. Our home renovation was/is the joke of the neighborhood due to the amount of time it took and our ongoing issues. "My Husband and I were very happy that we found Todd Galloway Construction. Todd and his company were a pleasure to work with. The crew of Grant, Bryan and Gary were always on time and stayed late when necessary. Todd, with Grant, oversaw the projects through to completion. They built a large porch for us, remodeled the kitchen and master bathroom plus added a few smaller projects at the same time. Our neighbors all commented how punctual and reliable the team was, not to mention everyone that has seen our projects has loved the final outcome as much as we do. We had a few unforeseen problems that came up along the way and they handled them professionally while helping ease our minds over the possible complications that we could have. "LVP looks great and tile in the kitchen look great but the trim and baseboards were not finished and I had to have another contractor come in and install them. The stairwell was sanded and stained and I was told they could match the stain for the stairs to the LVP and that wasn’t true either. The stairs came out pink. Now I’m having another contractor come in and fix. I would not recommend to a friend."

"Jason and his team at All American Builders did a master bath/bedroom Addition and they were amazing. From the first meeting all the way to the final completion Jason and all of his subtrades were so courteous and respectful of my home and did an amazing job. Anything they discovered once work began that was not in the orbital scope of work, they would call me instantly to review and ask what I would like to do. I have referred him to 3 other friends and he has used his company so far and they say the exact same thing as me. We are all extremely satisfied.y husband and I are selling our home and All American Builders will Be building out forever home soon. We are so excited"

"Terrible to work with.Took much longer to build than was quoted. Concrete inspection failed twice. As a result the floor is not level and is out of square. Framing inspection failed. To save costs, we said we would stain the wood. We thought all of the wood was provided which we stained. Then more wood was brought in which they installed without first letting us stain it. We had to stain the main beam once it was installed because of their poor communication. Framers removed the attaching house roof & left it uncovered. It rained that night and we had rain in our kitchen and living room. Ceiling & walls had to be redone. Painter they hired was a poor communicator. Never came when he said he would. When he did come, he managed to paint our kitchen curtains and painted shut one of the ceiling kitchen vents. Left his equipment for days in our porch area, kept saying he would be by to pick it up. The only time Fred came by was to pick up payments, never checked the quality of work done by his employees. We could go on, but there was not much good to report about this contractor. Stay away from!"

"I can't say enough about the excellent work that Carolina Contracting did completely demoing an existing wood deck and constructing a new TimberTech deck. The project was challenging. The deck is sixteen feet off the ground with +20 stairs and extensive lighting. It was done on budget and on time. Scott Dean and his team worked hard every day on the project from early morning to dusk. They are true craftsmen. Communication was exemplary throughout the 3-4 week project."
