"I was given a date and a time frame of 8-10 am. At 10 am I was called and told my technician would be arriving at 11 am. At 11 am I was called and told they could not make it and would have to reschedule. The earliest available date was 6 days later. I understand things come up but that did not make it any less inconvenient. The technician arrives on time for the next scheduled appt and promptly got to work. I had two light fixtures and a switch installed. My switch is crooked and my fixtures are not flush with the ceiling. Unfortunately, I did not realize this until after my technician had left. For the amount of money that I spent I just expected more."
