If I didn't know better, I would have thought no work was done on my property. The team took the time to help me setup the app and explained exactly how the system worked. I was so pleased, I decided to have them install a system in my backyard. One really cool feature I wasn't expecting was the automating. The sprinkler is a smart sprinkler system. It tests the moisture in the ground and the weather and will not water the lawn if it doesn't need it. I didn't expect that. "We had a sprinkler system installed last summer July 2015 and Julio's team did a great job with the installation. Our grass grew back in about 5 weeks and by the fall you couldn't even tell we had had the installation. We love our new sprinkler system and our yard looks fabulous! This spring, 2016, we added several new garden beds. I called Julio and he had someone come over in a few days to reconfigure the system he installed last year to accommodate the new flower beds. I'm very happy with Julios team and their responsiveness to any service call I place. We had a small water leak when we turned the system on this year 2016, turns out there was an air pocket in the pipes. He sent someone that day to fix the problem - took about 5 minutes. Excellent service and LOVE LOVE LOVE our sprinkler system for the lawn and flower beds!"

"The backyard of our home sloped towards the house, creating a negative grade. We called Turf Center on the recommendation of a family member to give us an estimate. Mary Ellen came out to assess our situation. The job ended up being much more extensive than we had anticipated due to a few factors that our home inspector and even our contractor (who we like very much) had overlooked, but Mary Ellen caught. Grading couldn't be performed under the deck without removing part of it, so we opted to remove the entire thing. Additionally there was a hidden basement window under the deck that we hadn't even noticed ourselves. Turf Center took care of this for us, including removing and bricking-in the basement window to allow for proper placement of a vent there. We also had them remove a huge section of asphalt to allow for proper grading. One of the bigger expenses was having them dig out the entire foundation and water-proof it, but we felt this was well worth the peace of mind. The home had mold growth inside the basement which we believed was the result of water settling around the foundation. The grading they did came out wonderfully and the sod they laid looked beautiful. It totally transformed our backyard. We want to have them back in a few years to work their magic on some other areas of the yard that need attention. Though Turf Center is expensive, their work was wonderful and completely very quickly. And it was great to have such a wide range of problems solved by one contractor."
