He replaced both the indoor and outdoor units, vacuumed down the lines and made sure the new system was running perfectly. "It turned out ok. They gentleman that came he was nice and everything but when he did the initial installation he seemed a little pressed for time so one of the speakers that he hooked up was not responding properly so he had to come back and take care of that. But other than that it was a pretty good experience."

"William was prompt, courteous, and professional. Install of large a/c window unit went very well and looks fantastic. Old unit was disposed of along with cleaning up any debri.
