"George Wells was a pleasure to work with. His team took the time to make small additions to our deck that enhanced the appearance. Since Wells and Wells is a general contractor I fully intend to use them for all my future needs such a flooring, painting and window replacement. Outstanding work."

"Josh Bond, the owner, is very dependable. His co. replaced all the flooring and top rails on our 16 x 35 deck and did an excellent job. They also painted the interior of our house plus the kitchen cabinets, hung several new light fixtures, installed new flooring in the kitchen and one of the baths and other misc. things."

"I was so very pleased to have found David Lambert to work with as a contractor for the renovation of a condo that I had purchased David and his team consulted with me for a few months prior to the decision to contract with them. They were always available for a call or visit to answer the TONS of questions I had. Once they started the renovations , not only did they help me make many decisions that I didn't even think of , they remembered everything I asked for even in times when I had forgotten such as lighting fixtures and dimmer switches. David has vast experience in realty, contracting, and decorating . This helped me greatly with the esthetic in what I consider now, a "new" home. I can not say enough about his talent and caring to make things comfortable for you. below are some before and afters master bath and kitchen. See my gorgeous granite fireplace hearth"

"My 20-year old deck was in need of significant maintenance and repairs. When I contacted Troy-Bilt Construction through the Angi® Official Site, Troy replied with lightning fast speed and was available to meet me at my home to discuss my concerns in a timely fashion. I was most impressed with Troy’s ingenious solution to add additional support to my deck and to make additional repairs, and his proposal, pricing, and responsive service sold me immediately. Troy was able to stay on pace with the project timeline within the approved estimate, and the quality of his work was impeccable. Additionally, the value that I received for the work performed was significantly above other contractors who I have used in the past. If you’re looking for quality work and integrity throughout all aspects of operations, you won’t be disappointed if you choose Troy-Bilt Construction. I am pleased to be able to provide my highest recommendation for Troy, and I plan to used his services in the future."

"We bought quartz countertops from Classic Granite and Marble and love it! I cut down a split level countertop so CG&M could install a countertop height/one level counter. I removed three outlets from the bar and relocated two: one as a custom surface mounted outlet in our existing counter, and one on the side of the cabinet. After install, our new countertops did not have a large enough hole for the surface mounted outlet box. They came out the next day and widened the hole allowing the outlet to fit. Great customer service, would definitely recommend!"

"Sean Wright was always professional, prompt, courteous, friendly, and very helpful. I was not sure of some things I wanted to do and Sean made suggestions of various options I had not thought of, then talked through the pros and cons of each idea until I came up with a decision of what would work best for me and what I wanted to accomplish. This was invaluable in helping me manage the costs. The work he and his team did was excellent quality and they cleaned up every day before they left, and made it as easy as possible for me to live in the house while it was being renovated/remodeled.

The subcontractors were also good for the most part. The plumber and HVAC people were competent and completed their work in a timely manner and the pricing was reasonable. The cabinet maker was excellent. He built custom kitchen and bathroom cabinets to my design and measurements and installed them for less than half what Lowes had quoted for similar cabinets and they look great.

The electrical contractor, Kennedy Electric did good work but the price was twice what I had expected and took months longer than it should have.

I would not hesitate to recommend SLW for any size construction or remodeling job. I will be contacting them again later in the summer for some work on the exterior of the house.
