"Carlos is an absolute pro, and just one of the friendliest people you'll meet to boot! He was very responsive in getting back to me after initial contact, and was very thorough in his assessment. He took the time to ask relevant followup questions. He was also one of the few installers I contacted that was willing to work with with customer-provided equipment. I understand it's lucrative to work with wholesalers and retailers to provide equipment for these installations, but if you've already done the research, and have bought exactly what you want... it's frustrating to meet installer after installer that won't even entertain doing an installation for equipment they didn't provide.
