"It went very well. Chris arrived on time and was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and did a great job replacing the stopper assembly. We were happy with his work. We were happy Chris called us back since we had a hard time getting a plumber to do a small job."

"We've had a lot of renovation work done on our house over the last several years, and Superior Kitchens And Baths was the best company that we've worked with overall. Jane, Brandon, and their entire crew and subcontractors were all great to work with. They were very responsive, hard working, professional, stuck closely to their schedules, and did high quality work across the board. Additionally, Jane, Brandon, and Dustin are genuinely nice people that were great to get to know and interact with throughout the effort. From the start, Jane and Brandon came up with creative solutions to allow us to get everything we wanted in the renovation, and figured out potential pitfalls and workarounds before the work even started. They were great with helping us decide on overall designs and individual items throughout the work. They put together a thorough breakdown of costs for their proposal that they tracked throughout the effort, as well as a schedule that they stuck closely to. When unforeseen circumstances came up with folks getting sick and being unable to work, Brandon worked long days and weekends to keep caught up with their schedule. They seemed to treat the job like it was their own house. Overall, we'd highly recommend them, and would hire them again for any future work."

"MA Design transformed our house from something that worked in the 1950s to a new home that is more open, refreshing, and boasts functionality for a family of four without compromising on style. They were extremely responsive throughout the entire process. During the early design phase, both Marc and Raquel shared design ideas and changes that we hadn't considered. Many of their ideas were incorporated into the final design and elevated the final product. They have decades of experience and can spot opportunities to improve the design, layout, and refine the small details which make a big difference in the end. We added scope to the program as construction progressed and MA Design was amicable to the changes and easily able to absorb the extra work into the schedule given their large team and strong network of sub contractors. When things were uncovered during the project, such as older piping, MA Design presented multiple options with pros and cons of each. This equipped us with the information we needed to make the right decision for our house. Despite the increased scope and challenging macro conditions, MA design was able to complete the project on the low end of their original 16-20 week range estimate. The house turned out better than we could have expected and we're very happy with the quality, price, and professionalism throughout the process. We'd recommend MA Design for a project of any size, as they showed they're skilled in all aspects of home renovations."

"We hired Flash Painters to do the job and were very pleased with the outcome. They were pleasant, professional and did a great job. I highly recommend this family run business."

"I had a leak in my oil tank and could not find someone that could replace my tank in less than 6 weeks, Paul called me back and really tried to help me out, he could install in less than 2 weeks since mine was leaking, in the end my oil company was able to get someone in sooner so I had to go with them given the cold weather we were having and needed to have heat in my house, I just wanted to let people know that this company got back to me and tried to help when I could not get others to even call me back. Thank you!"

"I called hoping to get someone and Juiio was available within a couple of hours.  He arrived at agreed time and was quick and very neat.  I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing job.  He is very professional and reliable.  This was also true for the first visit when he replaced the outdoor faucet and also fixed a minor leak for free in a pipe that had previously frozen and was dripping.

"Very well. They were on time both times, first when taking the initial measurements and later for the installation. They made helpful recommendations, particularly regarding back splashes and the sink, that made the end product better than expected."

"They were terrific, from start to finish. At our initial contact in August, Sabrina discussed scope and provided an estimate. Upon signing a contract, Maia put us in touch with various partner vendors to select fixtures, trim, tile, and stonewwork in October: they provided great guidance. When the work began in January, project manager David kept us apprised on the various steps (demo, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, plastering, etc.) and was very responsive to questions that arose. Jose made sure that the necessary fixtures and materials were delivered when needed. Marcio, the carpenter, did beautiful work matching our existing Victorian trim. Andreina, the operations manager, juggled all the scheduling flawlessly, and our main contact once work started. The job was mostly done in 6 weeks. The glass shower door was delayed a couple of weeks due to a problem at the vendor's end."

"The above described work was done over a period of 3 years. During that time the quality of the work has been very good, project costs very reasonable, and schedules adherence excellent.
While painting the exterior of my house, a large section of rotted siding / fraing was uncovered. The unexpected repairs were done quicly, efficiently, without any change order mark-ups, all as part of the project.
Replacing the windows at the church property required gaining access to 2 units rented out to 3rd parties. There wwere never any issues raised about costs / schedule delays that may have been impacted due to the need to coordinate with the tenants. Replacing all of the siding on the church owned apartment building (done in a historic district) was done professionally, with high levels of concern for safety (both for the workers and the public in the vicinity of the work area), cleanliness, and proper execution of the work.
Working with Ivaldo is more of a partnership where the goal of completing the job is considered paramount, not the profit at the end of the work. When applicable, Ivaldo has also offered alternative means of completing a given task which will cost the owner less, thus less income for Escala, but as I tried to indicate earlier it seems the "relationship" is more important to Ivaldo than short term profits.

"Henry and his guys were great. They replaced an external door going out to a deck that had become rotted. Henry was very responsive throughout the entire process via email, phone and text. He arrived for the initial estimate on time, his workers showed up the day of the repair early and were done within a few hours. Work quality is excellent and they left the area spotless. I would highly recommend!"
