"My house had no water coming out of our faucets so I did some research and found Clear water and pump well service I called spoke to a nice ladyon the phone she made a appointment for the next day ,when the came and they told me it was the well water pump needed to replaced so they fixed it plus they also said needed to replace the well tank in the house and they fixed that too,. I highly recommend Clear Water and Pump &Well."

"Very fast and efficient, I had a French drain installed along with a newer sump pump and backup pump that is battery powered so if I lose power can still keep it going. There is a problem with the secondary pump something inside wasn't right (not their fault) but they have been communicative and will come out to fix/replace it for me. Great people ! "Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."

"The work went reasonably well. The workers were unable to drill as far down as they intended, due to a rock ledge under the house, and had to cut off the barrel of the new pump to make it even with the floor. I have no idea if this is common practice or just a convenience to the company. I have not heard the new pump come on yet so cannot say if it works. Cleanup was good. The crew was very friendly and polite and were the only company that bothered to respond at all. Given how hard it seems to be to find responsive contractors, I was grateful. One note--as they were leaving, the owner commented that the water on the floor in my basement was probably due to leaking windows, not a bad sump pump. Not really the right thing to say after you've charged $1700 to replace the pump."
