"Hot water heater died on Wednesday. Thursday morning I talked with Jordan and a new one was installed at noon on Thursday. He was professional, knowledgeable and had a sense of humor. I am already looking at future work for him."

"Amazing experience all around. Easy to schedule and to work with, good deal and amazing work installing a tankless water heater. I will definitely call for any future needs."

"Not only did Nick replace the hot water heater but also installed a whole house water filter system. Top notch installation very clean and professional. He will be our plumber from now on!"

"Very well. The humidifier needed some parts which he replaced and he fixed a small leak and drained my hot water tank."

"I couldn't recommend these guys more. We had a 21-year old boiler replaced and upgraded, and a new hot water tank installed. I can't think of a single way they could have improved the whole process. From start to finish, they were knowledgeable, on time, clean, considerate, extremely professional and they did exactly what they said they would. The also installed a temporary hot water tank and left electric space heaters on the one night the burner was out of service. Everything is now working as they said it would, and a big bonus is their workmanship actually LOOKS great too! A+++"

"They installed a new hot water heater for me back in March. Nine months later, a part failed. Although the water heater was under warranty, Burke told me I would have to pay the labor but the manufacturer would reimburse me. The manufacturer refused and Burke Plumbing and Heating stepped and reimbursed the labor fee of $250.00! They are awesome and I would highly recommend them to anyone!"

"Gerry came in late on a Saturday night and completed a job when 6 professionals on Craigslist denied the work. He was very professional and cost effective. I highly recommend using Gerry for any dry wall, plumbing or roof work."
