Customers say: Super punctual
"Our refrigerator stopped working while under warranty. LG directed us to D&T, the local authorized service center. Dani in the office was friendly and helpful and scheduled technician Justin to come out on a Saturday. He was pleasant, considerate, and professional. Justin replaced the compressor and installed a motherboard update. The fridge is working better now than when it was new. We are very pleased with the service provided by D&T, definitely recommend them, and would call again for any future appliance repairs."

"John from Streicher Appliance was great! Gave us a reasonable price prior to hooking up/installing our clothes washer and utility sink. Explained everything, did an excellent job and no price increases or surprise cost at the end of the job. The way business should be! Would definitely have John and Streicher out to our home again."

"The ice maker in our refrigerator failed on Tuesday, we called Omega Force on Wednesday, and it was replaced on Thursday! The scheduling process was quick and painless, and our "Service Hero" Collin couldn't have been nicer and more efficient. As a bonus, he happened to have the replacement part in his truck, so the entire process took less than 20 minutes! We'll definitely be using Omega Force for future appliance repair."

"It went well. I could have had less work done and saved money but I wanted the kitchen drain system updated so it would drain properly. This should avoid future problems. I called the plumber and was not interested in differing estimates. Randy's was prompt and explained the need to update the drain system to avoid future problems and I agreed. If and when we update plumbing in other parts of the house I would consider this company for the work."

"Scheduling was easy...as was the install. Brett and Nick know their job...cleaned up everything...They were recommended by Appliance Smart so picked up the appliances too. Price was fair. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future for any appliance installation needs."

"Fantastic Installation experience with Home Energy Center! Top notch communication and wonderful care for our home. "My water heater was broken and Standard Plumbing was the first to return my phone call. It had broken on Christmas Day (Friday) and I had left messages for a number of companies. They were able to schedule me on Monday. The person they sent out was on time and professional. I was a little irritated that he wouldn't even walk over to the water heater until I had agreed to pay about $160 to diagnose the problem. Since I had been told on the phone that the service fee was around $60 and I had clearly told them that the water heater was broken, I wished they had told me that it would really be $160. The plumber spent a lot of time trying to diagnose the problem and then told me that I needed to replace some parts - total cost $525 for parts and labor (that would be the total charge - the $160 was included in the $525). I had to go back to work so I told the plumber to call me when he had it fixed. A few hours later, I received a call from the owner saying that the parts they replaced didn't fix the problem and they didn't know what was wrong. They put everything back the way it was, told me they wouldn't charge me anything at all (really nice surprise) and gave me the number of a specialist that they had already contacted in advance to see how soon the specialist could come out. If they had been able to fix my water heater at the $525, I would have given them mediocre ratings, but how they handled it when they couldn't fix it was really impressive. The specialist came out the next day and had it fixed in less than an hour."
