"Greg really is someone to be trusted to do the right work with concrete! For driveway durability, I appreciate that he uses 5" deep concrete as a standard. Although his services are in high demand, he took the time to come out and look at my project right away. I appreciated that he spent a good half an hour talking to me about what options were available as I was considering turning the area into a usable patio in front of my steps next to my house instead of just having rocks there. We discussed using stamped and colored concrete for the steps and patio. The existing front step was unusually high so we agreed to go with two smaller steps. The driveway is about 65' long and 18' wide, the front step area is 5' long and 10' wide, and the patio area is 17' long by 10' wide. Greg's crew removed the existing driveway, installed a new window well, and put the driveway in all in on week once the project got underway. I am really impressed with how the project turned out. I love how my driveway looks, and the stamped, colored concrete patio and front steps look so nice! All of my neighbors were impressed too! I can honstly say that I would not recommend anyone else. Greg really knows concrete, uses a special concrete mix that meet his specifications for durability, and really cared that the patio area sloped ever so slightly away from my house (so that water would not be an issue), and really wants to make sure that you will have something that will last a very long time! I am very happy that I chose Crosstown Concrete and was able to benefit from all their experience and expertise."

"The overall process was very smooth. Lowell is extremely knowledgeable and started with a very informative estimate of all the possibilities he was considering for the project. He has a substantial portfolio of past work to view as well. The timeline was accurate and he was updating us every step of the way if something changed. We happened to be out of town the week of the project but communication was never an issue. The final product was amazing. Everything he outlined for us to expect and see from the finished product was true. The one critique I have is that we were unaware of some of the landscaping issues with the surrounding sod that we now have to fix to make level with the new driveway. It would have been nice to know how much he would have to dig down and change the look of everything surrounding the driveway/walkway"

"Called a different provider first, who did not bother to call me back.  As a side note, that's becoming a major irritation across all manner of small businesses.
Called Gardner Construction and left a message.  Leanne called me back a day or so later (they had been out of town).  I explained the problem and she arranged for Jerry to stop by on the following Saturday to take a look, which he did.  He explained why the problem had occurred and how it would be fixed.  I got the quote at that point. 
Since it was January in Minnesota, Jerry told me we would have to wait until a relatively warm day to do the job.  A week or so later, he called me to say that the coming Thursday was forecast to be warm enough to get the job done.  It was nice to see this level of proactivity.  On Thursday as arranged, two of his crew arrived and did the whole thing.  My wife told me that they were very pleasant people.
I'm in the process of selling and it was really important to me to get this repair done as soon as possible.  Jerry Gardner and his team enabled that to happen.  I recommend them.

"Jared responded promptly to my request for a bid to paint the ceilings and walls in 2 bedrooms. He gave me a few dates he was available and that helped me coordinate with my carpet installation. The crew of 2 came in and quickly got to work prepping. They sprayed the ceilings first and while that dried went to get the paint colors for the wall. One room was done by the time they left day 1. The second day they came back to put a second coat on other room and the closets. They cleaned up great both days! Jared even offered to come back and touch up if I needed it after the carpet was installed (thankfully I didn't need to take him up on that). I will definitely be using them again the next time we have a painting project!"
