"At first, we thought that they were just going to repair the existing wood floor, but after talking to the owner, he said that there was a room that had to be replaced entirely because the planks were in very bad conditions. They got us a great price on the new Oak floor and store it in their warehouse until it was ready to be installed. We thought the process was going to be messy but it was not! They handled everything very carefully, protected our furniture, and vacuumed the area after they sanded the floors, which is pretty much the hardest part. We did a natural refinishing, no color change because we love the natural look of our White Oak Floor. It’s has been amazing to hear all the compliments our floors get from friends and family. Wonderful people to work with. Very friendly and affordable."

"Unbelievable. Dee and his helper Mike performed with excellence ,integrity, and diligence two different projects. They poured concrete and built and installed steps and rebuilt the back porch and back door area and did such an I unbelievable job that they had them put in a new door in which they helped in the selection of the door the type of door and they spent about 10 1/2 to 12 hours making a new frame and shoring up the frame for safety. Even though Dee and his associate Mike have young families, they stayed until the job was completed which was no easy task! The house is 120 years old and needed alot of nuances. They stuck to their original estimate even though they had to work many many ,hours to get it just right. If you are a homeowner who is uncomfortable having professionals come to your home these two wonderful men will make sure they use their skill and they have Integrity in everything they do! We were elated with the results and will be recommending them to friends and family! We would give them 10 stars if that was available! Please call them if you are in that area. They gave a huge range of skill set are honest and have heat expertise."

"The remodel went over very well. He did exactly what I asked for. My bathroom is small but it’s pretty. I am interested in aging in place so he put in a grab bar when he retiled my shower. He also made the floor where I could roll in if necessary. No step up. He widened my door in case I ever needed a wheelchair. My vanity top and spigot were totally replaced. He put marble on the floor throughout and up the walls partway. New towel rods were installed. He also built a seat for me in the shower. I am very pleased. It was a message job, and took some time but it was worth it."

When we were looking for a new custom built in cabinet unit to update our family room, Brian consulted with us, offering great suggestions and a nice plan. "It went relatively well. Eric, the owner/manager, was very responsive and customer-service oriented. Eric and his team also spent time during the quote process to advise on different aspects that were not brought up in other quotes, which helped with the final deliverable meeting expectations (i.e. eliminating residual soffits from previous exterior pocket doors and smoothing exterior wall surface around new doors). I believe we were one of his earlier clients to do an impact glass window project this large. The initial installation of the windows, removal of shudder material went relatively quickly; however, the installers completed quite a bit of work, that was not up to our or Eric's quality standards, resulting in re-do, reworking time. Successive attempts resulted in a switch-out out of the team and a different crew. As a customer I appreciated the dedication to quality work, but would have appreciated it being completed more quickly. FL Project Masters (FLPM) has a few key guys that are really good (e.g. Mike Sipes, in particular) that did exceptional inspection, follow-up, and quality finishing work. In short, although there were a couple of hiccups in the project due to the initial team, FLPM Eric kept his word, followed through, communicated, and made sure the project was delivered and very close to budgeted cost. I would feel comfortable recommending FLPM for other jobs."
