"AFS of Chattanooga exceeded our expectations waterproofing our basement and encapsulating our crawlspaces and fixing a leaning wall. Taylor Fox, Donald Dease and Cody Britton were professional and knowledgeable on the job. Also, Chase Griffith, the Certified Field Inspector took the time to do a thorough inspection, analysis and presentation. Everyone did an excellent job answering all our questions and concerns. We highly recommend AFS of Chattanooga."

"Michael and Shannon did an incredible job on our basement waterproofing system! I highly recommend this service and the lifetime warranty they provide. We interviewed several other companies before we decided on 58 Foundations / BDRY."

"Did a good job waterproofing foundation, but left black asphalt paint well above the soil line and spilled cement on front steps. Also left waterproofing material above the soil line. Work on foundation was completed Dec. 1st. I took pictures and called and texted the supervisor repeatedly. They finally finished cleaning up the second week of February. They pressure washed the asphalt paint off the brick and took out the mortar between the bricks. I am sure they will not be back to repair this. I would not recommend them."

"These guys are just wonderful. The big take away here is that they are honest professionals. The owner came out with a member of his team and thoroughly checked our home for mold. They explained what they were looking for and what they saw. To our great relief, we were told we didn’t have a mold problem and that we had no need of their services! No fear tactics, no sales push, just honest assessment. I’m thankful for their knowledge and professionalism and would highly recommend these guys if anyone I know ever does have a mold problem because I trust that they will only do what needs to be done with out the worry of being over charged."

"Cody went the extra mile to ensure my foundation was fixed! He explained to me the causes and what needed to be done. He didn’t add unnecessary work and everything was done in a timely manner. I definitely recommend him for home improvement needs! Thank you so much!"

"We thought that we had foundation problems causing leaks showing on our sheetrock in the basement. When TFS arrived to access the problem they were unable to find the problem without tearing out the sheetrock.. we decided to address faulty downspouts first in case that was the cause of the problem. TFS did a very good job with this project."

"Braier Company did an excellent job waterproofing my crawl space. The team was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. They explained everything clearly and completed the work on time. I’m very happy with the results and would highly recommend them!"

"Martin went above and beyond to get our gravel delivered on Saturday. Will use him again and recommend him to friends and family"
