"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. "I was wonderful and it was a very very good experience. He was scheduled to come on a Friday. He gave me a call 15 minutes before he could come. It stormed that day but anyway he came. It was very pleasant experience. He realized he couldn't do anything on the roof but he wanted to come and introduce himself to me. I used to have some roofing issues, I had discovered a leak and what he did was he went up to the attic. He had all his credentials with him that included the license, the bond and insurance. He corked the leak. It was raining and he came to do the work. It was a really good experience. One of the things that really impressed me was he did not tell me that the roof is bad but he looked that the vent that was put in was the problem for the leak and he corked the leak."
