Within less than a full week, Phil had the old deck torn down and disposed of and built a new deck with two sets of stairs for us. He is polite, clean, friendly . His workmanship is beautiful. He is prompt and if he is going to be leaving early or coming in later, he tells you ahead of time. Once the job was over he cleaned up everything! It was a great experience having Phil work for us and if we can find more jobs for him we will certainly recommend him. ."
