"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

Hello! I am passionate about working with my hands and getting them dirty. I have been taking things apart, figuring out how they work, and putting them back together again since I was able to hold a wrench. I am an Ex- ASE certified automotive technician, so I thrive with diagnosis and repair! Great with tools and figuring things out!

"They came out within 24 hours. The problem was assessed and determined to be a repair that should be covered by warranty. My next step was to call the manufacturer to have one of their approved technicians handle the replacement."

"Excellent service and reasonable rates."

"Prior to calling Choice I had looked high and low for the correct knobs that fit my oven. Believe it or not the technician actually had, in his car, the correct knobs. We were so thankful. He was prompt and very professional. Choice found him somehow and I was very grateful. Thanks Choice!!"

"They don't use the same contractor. You don't always get the best. It's cheaper for major repairs. They cover everything, parts, labor."

"Fantastic service. Justin arrived when he said he would. Was polite , professional and competent. Will not hire anyone else but him for appliance repair as long as I live here. Great find, great value, great service!! PF"

"An excellent job. Showed up on time, completed the interior glass brick wall removal, I’ve wanted removed since the day I bought the house and did it less time than anticipated. I recommend Matt Works 918 for Handyman services in around your home or business."
