"Mr. Rema arrived on time Sunday morning to update my water heater. He installed an expansion tank, duct work and replacing the piping to the thermostat on the water heater. He did an excellent job and took his time. Mr. Rema also went to the local hardware store twice to pick up the material that was needed. The only reason I didn't give him an A was because he quoted me a price at the beginning and then went done on the price and then tried to go back up to the original quoted price. After talking with him he decided to keep the price at the lower amount that he quoted."

"Tried to push me into purchasing a new water heater and quoted me higher price based on estimate from their affiliated company (which had accidentally quoted me wrong price initially)."

"Very happy with the team that installed my water system. Not only is taking a shower 10x better. But the drinking water is fantastic. Thanks Vinnie and Purefect Water Solutions. I would recommend them anytime!"

"I was impressed by how hard working and thorough the workers were. They hauled the old gas water heater out and got the new one installed promptly and did a neat job. They reconfigured an awkward gas pipe near my washing machine, replaced an exterior gas hose with a UV resistant one, and checked all gas piping including our gas fireplace. We were very pleased with the end result and appreciated the fair pricing. Highly recommend."

"Excellent company! My water heater stopped working on New Years Eve. Unfortunately, the water heater is behind my HVAC, so they had to remove the HVAC, remove the old water heater, install the new heater, and replace the HVAC. They did a perfect job. They also replaced the freon in my HVAC, because the prior repairmen didn’t add freon. In addition, they fixed the jets in my spa. The team arrived on time, displayed professionalism, and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely hire them again."

"Great customer service! Decent Price!! Came out to my home on a Sunday last minute our pipes/ faucets had broken and we had no water!! On time, professional and Very knowledgeable about the issue. Fixed the issue within the hour!!And went the extra mile the following day to bring back a piece that didn’t come with the facet but enabled us to now use the dishwasher!!"

"It went very well. The benefit of working with them is they can do hot water heater and chimney liner at the same time instead of you hiring two different companies. Highly responsive and very professional."

"The spot was small. I was concerned that it resulted from water damage that occurred during the February 2010 blizzards. Once the drywall was removed, we discovered that the problem was a leaking valve on a small water pipe."
