Get matched with top traditional tile roofing installers and replacers in Cheney, KS

"Continental did a fantastic job residing my home. It looks much better now than when it was new. The seamless siding is so much more attractive than the traditional siding our builder placed when it was built."

"We originally contracted Joe Bishop out of Wichita, KS to install a bathroom in our basement. However, after months of much stress and lack of communication with him and his partner, Joe Gunn, the job was never finished. We eventually had to cut our losses and find someone else to finish the job. Ken with Hummingbird was able to finish the job quickly and efficiently. Bottom line: I would strongly recommend against ever using Joe Bishop or Joe Gunn to anyone. What a nightmare! However, I would highly recommend Hummingbird Construction for a pleasant, stress-free experience.

"My driveway always flooded with the rain. Home star installed a drain and a pipe which emptied the water into a ditch on my front lawn. They slanted the concrete so the water would drain. They also installed a patio . The craftsmanship was excellent! And there was not any sign of debris after the job. I will hire them again."

"He arrived on schedule replaced the faucet and fixed the bad installation that had been completed prior to me buying this house years ago. I will call him in the future for further work.

"They were prompt and completed the task of roof and gutter replacement on time and with seemingly high quality. One caveat ... only time will tell the ultimate quality of workmanship but all looks good thus far."

"I had an amazing experience with this company. They came out and did a thorough assessment of our family’s wants and needs.( Which can be very difficult for my husband and I to decide on backsplash colors and such.) The entire process was very clear and precise. I had constant contact with them whenever I needed to change something or had a question about anything. I couldn’t be more ecstatic about how our kitchen turned out! OUT WITH THE IN OLD, IN WITH THE NEW!"

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"The crew was excellent! They were really friendly and kind with me and my family. Their work is really clean and efficient. They worked together to clean everything up when they got done. My roof looks stunning!"
