"I got bids from about four or five different contractors and Bradham Brothers had the best bid for the service required. They've been doing a good job. They've been maintaining it. I wouldn't have any problem recommending them. They've done a good job for us. They'll be coming out tomorrow morning to do preventive maintenance on the heating and air conditioning. I've got a gas pack and they'll be doing preventive maintenance on that. I bought my unit from them and they installed it and they did a good job. I believe it's a Trane unit; I believe that's the brand name. They were one of about four or five people we got estimates from because it ran into quite a bit of money and we were trying to get the best deal we could, of course. I can't remember how much it was; I just remember it was expensive. They were the low bidder and offering the same quality unit as some of the others. In fact, they were under another bidder by a thousand dollars. They were the low bidder of about maybe four companies we contacted. We haven't had any problems with the heating and cooling unit. Of course, they've been coming out and checking it every six months. They showed up when they said they would and they got the work done within the time they told me they could do it. It started out with two people who came out to install the unit and then I think there were three. I believe overall most of it was done in a day - I believe about a day and a half."
