"Overall, I am satisfied and would definitely have the same team come out again. In comparison to other companies I have had provide this service, over the years, they were better with regard to efficiency but there is some room for improvement with other things, as described below. As far as suggestions for improvement, there was quite a bit of dust and small debris blown around, which they attempted to clean up. However, in my opinion, I was left with vacuuming than I should have had. Beds located under registers should be covered in their entirety; not just partially, and each bed should have a fresh cover (not reused from room to room or job to job - not implying that this is what they do... just offering this suggestion, in general). They should also have disposable covers to put over their work shoes upon entrance to the home. Other POSITIVE remarks: Angies List members are offered an unbeatable deal. Call around and you will see the value for what you are receiving. The day of the appointment, they were early due to a cancellation they had. They were very pleasant, answered all my questions, they did not try to upsell me, with the exception of offering the option of adding sanitization (which in some cases may be needed). I was happy to see that they cleaned and sanitized all the registers (which not ALL companies do, believe it or not). They worked quickly but tenaciously from start to finish to get the job done. From my communications with them and the overall service they provided, I believe they strive to excel in customer relations, service and satisfaction."
