"Another outstanding job by Jim! The back deck was in desperate need of repairs and needed to be taken care of ASAP, as the house was about to be listed. Jim rearranged his schedule to fit me in almost immediately. He replaced pieces of the deck, power washed, scraped, sanded, and stained the back deck. His attention to detail was very apparent. The deck went from an eyesore to looking almost new within a matter of hours. It looks amazing! He also hung a storm door for me on the back porch. Will definitely keep his number close by for any future projects and will highly recommend him to anyone needing a true professional."

"Mark and his team did a beautiful work on our kitchen and bathroom. At first we just wanted to remodel our kitchen only but after seeing final product we let him to design and renovate one of our bathrooms. He turn our soaking tub into walk in shower with sliding glass doors.his entire team was always punctual and they definitely know what they're doing.they had answers to all of our questions. In overall we are extremely happy and will alway recommend him to our friends."

"I thought the price was good. They were very cordial and it was easy to schedule the work. He moved things around and he cleaned up after himself.  It was an old kitchen and took some work to get the walls smooth in some areas.  We Went with a light paint and in some areas you could still see the roughness.   We emailed for several months and he was to come back out and smooth out those areas.  He ended up never coming back out to fix the work."

"The good:
- The people were friendly for the most part
- They did good work in some ways
- Their subcontractors did good work
- They gave us a quartz counter top "for free" for our desk
- They did a couple extra things without charging us
- Everything looks good (if you don't look too closely)
The bad:
- I did not like the communication in the beginning, but I hoped, based on the reviews they got, that they would do a good job. I was disappointed with a lot of things - see below.
- I had to prepare my own detailed cost estimate (based on their difficult to understand e-mails) and get them to let me know if my estimate was correct or not. They would only give me a lump sum price and very little detail on what I was getting.
- They seemed to have never worked with the Cabinet Factory before. It was almost impossible to get any information about the cabinets we bought prior to signing a contract. Neither Get It Done (GID) or the Cabinet Factory wanted to talk to us about them. In the beginning I asked for no fiberboard and ended up with lots of fiberboard. Also, GID apparently does not know what fiberboard is - they were trying to tell me the kick-boards were not fiberboard (they are). The cabinets seem pretty low quality although at the time I was told by the Cabinet Factory that the cabinets I was getting were good quality and approaching the cost of the high end cabinets. One of the sliders in the pantry broke right away because there was too much weight. I never had this problem with my previous cabinets.
- They used wax crayon as paint in many locations on the cabinets. This is bad because it is not intended as paint, it is sticky, and wipes off easily.
- They told me it would be $100 more per fixture (about $1000) for LED under cabinet lighting. I still don't understand why they say it costs that much more. The lights they installed get very hot.
- There was very little attention to detail. They were going to stop the peninsula cabinets about 6 inches short of the end of the floor tile. It would have looked really silly - fortunately, I caught it in time and got them to adjust it.
- They put two joints in my crown molding about 12 inches apart and did a poor job with the joints. It looks very bad.
- The painting of the walls was bad. They missed lots of areas and they wanted me to mark all the areas they missed for them.
- They did not plan out the closet desk and shelves well at all. I told them I wanted a shelf for a TV, and they gave me shelves that weren't wide enough. Then they rigged it to work after lots of discussion.

They were receptive and patient with our ever-changing needs. Once we finalized our purchase, we received our cabinets within two weeks! The cabinets are very sturdy and the color is beautiful. "I feel that they did an excellent job overall.  They were a bit slow in executing the contract, but i understnd that they have been swamped with business from their advertisements on Angie's List.  But they were very cautious not to do harm and did a very thorough job stabilizing the old vinyl floor and building on top of it.  In my opiniion, their work showed real craftmanship.  They took their time and did it properly, even negotiating very difficult sunken doors.  One problem that was unexpected was that because they built the floor up, the regrigerator no longer fit under the ceiling cabinet.  Nevertheless, they had a carpenter make professional adjustments to the cabinet.  I am a very satisfied customer.

"Jimmy and his crew have done all sorts of work at our house, The biggest project was a complete kitchen remodel. They put in a new laminate floor, tiled the walls partway up and painted the upper part, and put up a faux tin ceiling that gets compliments from everyone who comes to our home, They installed new cabinets and all new appliances. The kitchen is completely transformed and looks fabulous. Among the other projects Jimmy and his crew have done for us: Rebuilt our shed. Installed all new windows. Power washed and painted the outside of the house. Painted some areas inside the house, including the stairwell. Put up curtain rods. Rototilled an area for a vegetable garden. Their work is always professional and excellent quality. Jimmy's prices are always reasonable. We've been very happy with everything they have done."

Quote was $2K less than similar company, whose quote did not include the structural repairs. Agreed to more powerful dehumidifier than quote to ensure adequate coverage per manufacturers recommendation. Installed girder entire length of house at no extra cost, though quote was for slightly over half the house. When drywall cracked after jacking, had painter respond next day to patch and paint. Collaborative final inspection. Had worker come back after inspection to tape minor rips in moisture barrier, and left extra tape. Took split payment, check and credit card. Cleaned up every day, had access to crawl space daily normally without requiring access to house. Trustworthy. Feel like they will be responsive if there are any issues in future."
