I liked the work that was done and I did some comparisons with pricing and I thought that they were pretty reasonable, I think they came in the middle of 3 quotes that I got, but I think there was a miscommunication problem. Because there were things that I thought were understood that needed to be painted. They said that it wasn't included. We have a garage which was detached form the house, so when we were walking around the garden I pointed out that the garage needs to be painted. He looked at it and it looked fine but the problem was, he only saw the back of the garage door so I didn't make him go outside to see that he had a lot of surface area around the front that needs to be covered. So I wasn't too happy with that because. We've had painters that painted the house before and we didn't need to do that and it was surprising. We have an old house with wooden windowsills that need to be painted. So that meant that he had to remove all the windows so what they did was send someone to remove all the outside storm windows so that they can paint the frame around the windows and there were a few windows that they didn't take the storm windows from. In the end they asked if they finished painting everything, I said, "No you haven't painted this." So it was a lot of back and forth. They finally did it but I was not happy with the way it was done because I left taken advantage of."

The door sweep was an add-on on that he fixed that same day for one of the doors. The other door we had to research and find an appropriate door sweep. He helped me find the door sweep and it was ordered online. Once it came in, Harold installed within a couple of days. For some reason the first caulk did not work on my shower tile.
