"They did all they advertised they would do, and more. At the end of the day, they asked if we were satisfied or if there was anything else? I did come up with "one more thing" which they promptly and cheerfully completed. They were all friendly and helpful and hard working! I would hire them again in a heartbeat! I highly recommend this group!"

"Iâ m so glad that I took a chance and used this company. Berkshire Property Alliance will always be my first choice go to solution for all my future repair needs. James provided fast service at a fair price. He is courteous friendly knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. His number one goal is to do the job right and gain another satisfied customer."

"I have now had 4 pickups from this company. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. SO MUCH cheaper and better service than any dumpster company I have used!"

"I couldn't be happier with Joe and his crew.  From first contact and the time we met to get an estimate I could tell right off the bat he knew exactly what he was talking about, and was very professional about everything.  I met with 2 other contractors, and even though Home Facelifters wasn't the cheapest, I knew that they would get the job done right and on time.  They dealt with all of the city inspectors and dealt with pulling all the permits, they helped me pick out many of the different items for the house like the cabinets, counters, appliances, flooring, and even colors for the walls.  There were some things that I thought I wanted a certain way but Joe was always willing to try and explain why another way might be better, which I do appreciate.  The payment process was very simple, we did go over our original estimate, but he had told me upfront there was a chance we would find things behind the walls that we couldn't predict, and I was prepared to possibly go over by a certain amount so that wasn't a problem.  The work was done very quickly, and the quality of everything is great.  I will definitely be using Joe and his crew on future projects of mine.

"We hired Rattigan and Sons to complete a roof repair. The team was prompt with their service and very professional. They went above and beyond to provide full explanation of the project, recommendations and solutions."

"The process was seem less.  After visiting their manufacturing site,  I chose the style fencing that I was interested in. Steve came out to my house and took measurements at which point we made some changes in the style. He accommodated us without  any trouble. After the fence was complete, he and his crew came out to fit it before the powder coating process commenced. They installed it yesterday, 3/30/16, and it look s great !!"

"It went excellent. He got it done in 1 day."

"I would recommend him highly! If there are any issues, he is very creative in coming up with a solution. He is excellent in every way! He has very good judgement in deciding what needs to be taken care of! He is the first person I will call if I have another project- Alan"
