"Stabil solutions did a fantastic job of levelling my driveway when portions of it had sunk with age and erosion around it. They also did similar work on the walkway to the house, and put a decorative, protective coating on it. Looks great! A year after the work, a small flaw was discovered in the walkway work, and the owner himself came out to correct the issue. Very impressed with the way they stand behind their work. "It went very well. I was contacted right away to set up an appointment. the handyman showed up on time and began working right away. I made sure I had a list and identified the priority items. It turns out he is a locksmith by trade and was able to deal with some issues with the storm door handle and door knob that came up. Even though there were a few set backs, he was determined to finish each task and did whatever it took to do it. I actually ended up purchasing new locks for my front doors got a good deal on the process of the locks.. He worked hard for the full 8 hours and was able to get through several of the tasks."

"I had a 50-year-old house with a cinderblock basement wall that had water slowly coming through. I researched the various firms that did waterproofing and had three highly rated firms come out for an estimate. The first contractor didn’t even bring a flashlight and just looked around and said to keep an eye on it. The second gentlemen did provide detailed estimate and carefully explained the problem. Randy, the owner, from Chamberlin Washington provided a similar diagnosis and estimate. His estimate was not only a little less expensive but he looked at the entire house and found other things that could use some maintenance. This is what I liked about Randy – he looked at the whole house and discovered several smaller things that should be fixed to avoid issues down the road. These were all things I knew about already but I’m glad someone took the time to examine the entire house and not just the one issue I was having. We had then not only waterproof the outside wall but also fill the expansion joints in our patio and seal one basement window as well as re-point some mortar joints in the brink chimney. When the crew came they went to work. They also did an admirable job protecting our plants. An old section of of a 6' high stockade fence had to be removed and I bough a new section and the crew was happy to put that up. When they water tested the wall they found a small leak. They re-did the sealant and that did the trick. Randy came out and supervised critical parts of the job. He was great to work with and happily fixed a few small things at the end. Randy really cares about doing the job right. I am 100% pleased with the work they did. I watched over much of the repair and everything was done correct and by the book. Overall I can't say enough about how pleased I was with Chamberlin-Washington and their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone."

"When the initial owner came out to look at the project, he was great.  And then when the workmen actually came out to do the project, they were great as well; however, I know that's there's no true communication if you're not actually on the project when somebody is trying to tell you what to do.  If you just send them with instructions, things get lost.  The idea of what they actually should do.  So I had to really be on top of them, make sure they do caulking and the proper work that needed to be done.  When they did that work, they actually did a good job.  I had to hover over them a little bit.  Again, not that the workers were bad or the initial meeting with the owner, it's just the transition from owner to worker, communication, there's a loss of communication naturally, not intentionally, just naturally.  There was a supervisor, then again, he wasn't really doing the project correctly.  It's hard to compare things like pricing, because you really don't know.  It was cheaper of the couple estimates we got.  The quality, punctuality were good.  I'm the boss anyway, but I'm not the one that should be supervising to make sure the job gets done correctly."

All work was done efficiently and carefully, and great care was taken not to damage our home while carrying debris out and construction materials in.
