After installation, they walked us through on how to work the system. They came back out within a week to make fine adjustments to the coverage of the sprinkler heads. Very pleased!"

"Kevin showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. We had a previous company, SPC, who would only come out when requested and weren’t very good. Problems they supposedly had resolved were not, but Kevin took the time to explain what he found and why the problem (mice) still existed. He put out traps and poisons to rid the mice, and immediately scheduled a follow up to ensure everything was taken care of and another just for maintenance. All covered under the service contract. Plus, if you use them for lawn care (also excellent service) as well the initial fee is waived."

From the beginning of talking to Jim Wilburn, the Owner of Ace, to the Lawn Service with Kevin, it has been a great experience.  Jim is very understanding and helped me to decide what service worked best for our lawn.  He has made adjustments as necessary throughout the season.

Kevin provides weekly service our lawn.  He assesses the lawn each week and provides the care that is needed.  Our lawn is beautiful when he is done.  He is the best!!

"My experience with TLC Inc. was a very positive one! I had a well/cistern that was leaking onto my lawn. Apparently the drainage system had deteriorated over the years. Mr. Drew Hall came out to look and discuss the project. When we later met at TLC to discuss solutions, Mr. Hall clearly explained what has to be done and showed me photos of a similar project. Mr. Hall also worked efficiently with my town’s public works and the county agency to create a system that was satisfactory for all. As the work progressed, Mr. Hall diligently kept me updated. "Wonderful! I had two gentlemen who worked for 3 hours and did a terrific job. My front yard looks like someone cares again. They were professional, polite and attentive. My "Heavenly Bamboo" is no longer overgrown, my Rhododendron has been rescued from an aggressive "Burning Bush", the shrubbery under my windows are trimmed and the yard generally neatened and debris bagged for removal. The only tiny negative, was that they did not contact me quickly after I bought the deal, I had to contact them BUT they were very responsive and I am delighted. I will use them again."
