Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. Called at 10:00 am to confirm an appointment to fix my dead AC Condenser (Aug. 14 so you know I was not the only one having AC issues); Eric said he would be at the house between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm that afternoon and would call when they were on their way. Eric called at 2:15 pm, was here before 2:30 pm, he and the other technician (I forget his name, sorry) diagnosed the issue as a bad Compressor Start Capacitor and we had our AC unit back up and running before 3:00 pm! Great Job!"
