He clearly and thoroughly answered any questions I had. He even took off his shoes when going up into the house to adjust the thermostat. He did a great job and I look forward to him maintaining my furnace and ac units in the future."

"Quick Response - Quick Fix! Called at 10:00 am to confirm an appointment to fix my dead AC Condenser (Aug. 14 so you know I was not the only one having AC issues); Eric said he would be at the house between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm that afternoon and would call when they were on their way. Eric called at 2:15 pm, was here before 2:30 pm, he and the other technician (I forget his name, sorry) diagnosed the issue as a bad Compressor Start Capacitor and we had our AC unit back up and running before 3:00 pm! Great Job!"
