"They did a prompt professional job. I received the report in about 7 days. Mold was found in the air due to high humidity in the air. All of this seemed OK but then I was forwarded to the Biocide company that tried to get me to buy a DIY mold remediation kit. There a time pressure to buy the kit for the best price at $2400. They said the nature of the mold would require a hazardous work fee from any remediation company that would cost from $12,000 - 18,000. This is when I started questioning the service I received. My pulmonologist also looked at the test results & said the mold levels did not seem too bad. Also, the humidity readings on my house thermostat did not read the high level that the report stated. So, I do not know if there was any value with the service & I am not sure if I would recommend them. The only way to really find out would be to call in another testing company but I did not want to spend another $660. So, I had the remediation work done for $1900 & was satisfied."

What concerned me even more was what happened next: after I declined to sign the document, a negative review suddenly appeared online about my wife’s business — at our home address — claiming she had done work for him and stolen $600 from him. In my experience, this was completely untrue. My wife has never worked for him in any capacity. In my personal opinion, it felt retaliatory and deeply unprofessional. I ended up getting several second opinions from other mold professionals, all of whom felt the quote I received was excessive for what was found. Based on my experience with the customer service, the tone of the estimate, and the way things unfolded afterward, I would strongly recommend that other homeowners get multiple quotes before agreeing to anything. In my personal view, the way this situation was handled was alarming, unprofessional, and not in the best interest of the customer."
