"The work was done in a professional manner. Misael is fair, honest and incredibly neat. He and I discussed what I wanted and he found the best match for the replacements. They were installed carefully. He came at the time we agreed upon, and the price was very fair. I had tried one company that wanted more than I thought was fair. Turns out I was right since Misael did the job for around $2000 less than they wanted for just the shower replacement. I will be having him back again after the holidays to do some other work I need done."

As a single woman running my own home and being very particular.....it is extremely important to be able to discuss the job, hear all the details, and employ someone who is honest, honorable, well qualified, neat, and highly informed. I first hired Rob for the drain problem. He accomplished that efficiently and neatly at a reasonable price. We discussed options for a back up for the sump pump. Having a finished basement, I am always concerned about water. I have never lost electricity during a rain storm....but the possibility always takes up space in my brain. I have a portable generator....but I have to be home to start it. Today Rob arrived on time and installed the back up for me. It took the whole morning as he predicted. "they came out for an estimate...they gave me a very good price started work next day they removed two walls framed off another section of kitchen sheet rocked spackled and painted trimmed some areas and installed 2 cabinets and did some minor electrical work they were very creative with the layout ,and finished job in 4 days love my kitchen now ."

"Really well. When I called for the appointment the woman who answered the phone was pleasant and helpful and got me an appointment the next day. One of the pipes installed during renovation less than a year ago was too short. Graham and Calvin repaired that and snaked out the pipes removing a clog from years ago in the older pipes. They left everything as clean as when they began. They were on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. They emailed me their pictures when they were on their way so that I would know who they were when they arrived. If I need help with a plumbing problem again, I will definitely call on them again."
