"AL was AMAZING. ok, so MY details to him were all wrong, and he pointed it out, but overall, he was AMAZING. He fixed my dryer in the time that worked for me, efficiency, and professionally!!! I would recommend him to EVERYONE I know!!! Thank you Al 😊"

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"Really good service. I will be using them again."

I have been in the construction industry in some capacity for almost 20 years now. I started in building maintenance and now I mange residential restoration projects ranging from $500-500,000.\nI love what I do and would love to be more hands on outside of the project management that I do only a daily basis.

"Excellent! Lenny Handyman was professional, efficient & conscientious. Lenny repaired the washer, it is 20 years old. Lenny identified the problem, the motor burned out & the water was unable to drain out. Lenny cleared out the return hose & replaced the motor. Lenny explained the procedure step by step & gave me a price before proceeding. The price was 1/2 the price of a new washer with a 2 year warranty on the new part. Lenny is kind & personable. I would recommend his service for plumbing or electrical repairs, he is certified in both areas."

"Washer Still in need of repairs same problem exits laud noise when spin rinse ,paid $40 for service call never Pysical took cover off washer machine to see what could be causing the problem (I believe it’s the suspension that bad)according to Google"

"Great service and very professional and knowledgeable. Showed up on time, every time for a few visits to repair a broken ice maker. Only thing questionable was when paying them, there was no actual paperwork for the parts I purchased or the labor. I received an electronic receipt via email. It was almost a bit too streamlined. I wanted more details about what I paid for. Regardless, I highly recommend and would use them again for appliance repairs."

"The repairman seemed honest. He told me what the problem with the dishwasher was and that he could fix it but it would probably break again. We decided to just get a new dishwasher. He told me the price of the part for the refrigerator and we still haven't made a decision about it. I was a little disappointed that the man who returned one of my later calls couldn't find the paperwork from the job as a reference. They never fixed anything, but they were honest.

"Regarding the first job to replace the shower door rollers, David called me the night before to confirm what was needed and said he would call me the next morning when he was on his way. He arrived on time and immediately got to work. Because of the design of the shower door assembly, Dave had to remove both doors and since I had already purchased replacement roller wheels, I decided to replace all the roller wheels on both doors. The doors now work perfectly. The second time I called was to fix the casement window in my living room. The lock handle broke off with the window in the locked position. I spoke to Daniel McElreavey to set up an appointment and was told he doesn't do work in Philadelphia, but he had a handyman he works with and would relay my problem to him. He said he was meeting up with the handyman in about 1/2 hour that same day and told me to email him pictures of the window and lock, which I did. I never heard back from either Daniel or the handyman and that is why I gave such a low rating."
