"Jeff and his team did and excellent job with the installation of two Daikin HVAC units. I had many questions about the units and install and they were quick and thorough in responding. The price and warranty were competitive with high end brands. The crew was courteous and professional during the two day install. They were the only company that included replacement of the coolant lines, rather than just flushing the old ones. So far the Daikin variable speed AC units are exceptionally quiet and the house is very comfortable. Would recommend Ace Home Services and Unique Comfort without reservation."

Once Justin arrived he realized he needed help and he ensured me a team of two would be out to fix the problem. Travis arrived shortly after with help and the problem was fixed the same day. "It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "Found this company on Angie's List and am I happy we called them. We had been using another company and has a service contract with them, but they were always too busy to do anything. We called DiBiase in the morning and a technician was at our house in the afternoon exactly on time. The technician (Chris) was extremely professional, very thorough in explaining why things weren't working and provided us a few options. We chose to repair the unit as opposed to replace it. Chris ordered the parts and was back on site as soon as the parts arrived. The price charged was exactly what was quoted, the service was completed promptly, system tested, Chris explained everything he did and the unit is working perfectly! I highly recommend this company, we have since signed a service agreement with them that includes 2 a year tune-ups for both or our systems. Great company to deal with, professional, courteous, prompt at returning calls and very thorough!"

"<p>They are really good. I had four guys out here for, like three days. They put in a great heat pump real easily. Not only did they put in a new furnace, but the ducting that was in here at the house was, like, 30 years old so they tore it out and re-did it with custom ducting made out of big sheets of metal. They only charged me $3,000 for the furnace. I am glad I did because it has made a huge difference in the air quality here. They came out yesterday. They said they would be back for the winter servicing. I have an oil backup so they were out for a number of hours yesterday. They will service it for the next 10 years and it is under warranty for 10 years too. They are great guys. Frank Ford is the owner of it. He and his guys do excellent work and really care. Their prices are as good as anybody. The price depends on what unit you get so it is hard to say. These guys are terrific. I would say if you needed a new heat pump or furnace they should be number one on your list. </p>"
