The only things that kept me from giving a 5 star rating are (1) the types of installation was never discussed with me (and I didn’t know at the time there was more than one option, so be sure to ask about this) and (2) after doing about 2/3 of the flooring I noticed that the installers laid the hardwood planks on top of the vinyl instead of pulling the vinyl up (not sure if this is normal)."

"Called Ioan (John) on 8/28, he came out to look at the problem and give me a quote on 9/1. He and his crew were at the house the next morning at 9AM and worked until about 7PM with only a brief stop for lunch. The crew came back at 9AM the following morning to buff out the first finish coat they had put down the previous afternoon and put down the final finish coat. Ioan thought the job might take three days, it took far less than two and looks fantastic. The crew covered up everything they could draped plastic over the door openings and did their very best to clean up after themselves, they were extremely nice and very efficient. Yes, we got some dust that we had to vacuum but it was not bad and far-far less than our previous experience."
