"We contracted Express Sunrooms (Owner is Todd Ackerman) to build us a 12 X 16 screen room, including ceiling fan and light fixtures. This came with a lifetime guarantee. We had to extend the cement from our existing foundation. Todd used a subcontractor for the cement work which turned out to be a disaster (we were not able to communicate with them since they did NOT speak English). They got cement all over our siding and window screens, which all had to be replaced!! (not by us, of course). There were several issues with the screen room installation that needed to be addressed. Also, the roofer left a mess, which HE should have cleaned up, but Todd had that taken care of. We also had problems with the gutters (they were pitched towards the house, not away from the house, etc., which had to be redone). Finally, after FOUR reinstallations of the gutters and several other issues we've had since the original completion of this job, things now appear to be good. Honestly, this job has been nothing short of a nightmare! The owner of this company hardly ever came to the job site! Perhaps if he had, and made sure everyone was on the same page, we would have had less problems and not stress as much as consumers!! It is now almost ONE YEAR since this project began....and it took that long to have things corrected. ***I do want to point out that the contractors that worked on this screen room were very supportive and made sure we were satisfied***. I just hope there will not be any more issues. Overall, the screen room finally looks like what we expected."

"Earlier this year we had Sam's Siding cover one side of our house with vinyl siding, due to some rotten masonite planks that needed immediate attention. We knew that eventually the rest of the house would need to be done. This time we did the front. Although we had already used them and Ishmael had given us a quote months earlier, he came out at our request and patiently answered all our questions and reviewed the scope before we signed. We signed the contract on Saturday, they were done within a few days. It is a complicated structure, with many angles, windows, corner pieces, etc. They placed insulation over the masonite, then covered it all in vinyl. It is beautiful. They did a great job and were very professional. I would definitely recommend them."

"Project started with a total demolition including removing all plumbing fixtures, vanities, interior walls, tub, shower and floor tiles. The interior was framed for a 5'x4' walking shower in place of the tub. Extensive plumbing modification were done to accommodate the shower. Over the original tub was a 4' square wooden framed window which is now the centerpiece of the shower. The window was replaced with an all vinyl low E window and covered with a vinyl plantation shutter. The bathroom floor, shower base and shower walls were tiled. In addition to two new vanities, we installed a 33" base and wall cabinet where the original shower was. This gave us much needed additional storage. All vanities and counters were covered with granite. In addition, all new plumbing fixtures were installed along with new lighting.
All materials were received in a timely manner which allowed the project to flow smoothly.
The contractor, Cedarbrook Building & Design did an outstanding job. The owner, Gary, was extremely easy to work with allowing for several on the fly changes to enhance the project. The project was completed on schedule and to our complete satisfaction.
