We are a family owned frame shop, and fine art gallery located in Short Pump, across the street from the mall. In 1967 our family opened their first art gallery / frame shop on Long Island, founded by Patrick James, where it was a fixture for many decades. In 2001 our family created a new location in Richmond, VA named West End Gallery founded by Pat's son Chris James. Richmond's West End / Short Pump area was the perfect location for the new gallery / frame shop. This allows us to have the highest quality control for customer's works, and also allows us to accommodate rush orders.
