"We called with a backed up drain in the basement. That same morning, Joe showed up exactly when he said he would and quickly cleared the drain of rock and sediment. He was really helpful in explaining how this particular type of drain works and how rock and sediment got into the drain. He was friendly and professional; additionally, the price was very reasonable for the service. He pulled a lot of gunk, rock, and sediment from the drain! We will definitely call Valdel Plumbing the next time we need any plumbing work done."

"I had a shower drain line that was leveled and too small. You could see the plumbing underneath the bathroom from the drop ceiling in the laundry room. I called multiple plumbers and they all told me that I needed a new bathroom. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to do that because all the estimates came in at 15K. Not practical at all! I called plumber after plumbing and pretty much all of them couldn’t help and or blew me off. I finally found Valdel Plumbing and Steve came out to my house. Right away, this specialist told me that he was able to reroute my tub drain line above my drop ceiling below to the sewage line. He did an unbelievable job and I would HIGHLY recommend asking for him. He saved me literally thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars. Thank you, Steve. FIVE stars."

"Efficient, KIND, clean, thorough. Good experience."

"The first guy tried everything to get my clog clear. The clog was completely my fault, and he did everything he could to clear it at the best price point possible. When we had to go to more extreme measures, that second guy was able to get the clog clear, and they billed me very fairly for what they had to do for me. I am very great full to them. Very professional, and left everything clean upon leaving! I would definitely get them again."
