Before the arrival of the repair technician, I received a text that he was on the way that included his name and photo. I thought that was great, since I knew exactly who to expect. The technician was polite and professional. He gave a clear explanation of each of my repair options, and quickly completed the one I chose. The cost was very reasonable for the work that was done. I want to add that I am hearing impaired, and repair technician made extra efforts to make sure I understood everything he told me. He was great! I highly recommend Arctic Air Conditioning and will definitely use them again."

"We got 5 estimates and they came in far lower priced than anyone...it was so low my wife and I were concerned if the price was even correct. Based on the other prices we were only going to get the central air done for now..however with their pricing we could afford to get it all done.
