"The price of the items/ faucets was extremely high."

"Outstanding!! Plumbing was done by Aaron Brown and electrical work was done by Daniel Roady. Mr. Brown replaced my plumbing which was well needed. The job also needed some drywall repair, and light carpentry also performed by Mr. Roady. The job was a bit difficult because there wasn't a dishwasher before. The new appliance went in the space previously occupied by my refrigerator. Mr. Roady found a way to anchor the dishwasher until I can get countertop piece put in. All the work was tested for leaks and stability. They left the workspace CLEAN! Southern Plumbing has payment options which make things easier on the budget. I will continue to use Southern Plumbing as a one stop shop for my projects. If I could rate more stars, I absolutely would! Thank you Angi for the recommendation and thank you Southern Plumbing of Virginia for a JOB WELL DONE!!"

"Dell came out within 90 minutes and made the leaky sink repair in less than 40 minutes. The water was running down behind the sink to the floor. His quick service call and ability to quickly fix was the reason there was no damage to the drywall. We also used U.S. Pipe a few years ago to replace the main water line at another home. Great company!"

"Shoutout to Mr white. He came in and helped me easily fix my kitchen faucet...My hot water wouldn't shut off and he resolved the problem pretty quickly and worked with me. Much appreciated"

"Steve and his crew did a phenomenal job replacing all the wood that was damaged in the crawl space. The house was in the middle of selling and these unknown defects were identified during the buyer’s home inspection and we were so concerned we would have a hard time getting these repairs handled in time. We knew this would be a big job. Hiring Signature Craft made this a breeze. They inspected and took videos and explained the process very clearly. The work was done quickly and we closed right on time- huge thank you to Signature Craft!!"

"They were excellent. They did a great job and the prices were reasonable."

"I appreciate Mr. Rooter's technician being determined to correct the plumbing problem I was experiencing. The technician did a great job!"

"The technician Matt Olsen was informative and his work with my repairs and maintenance was fulfilled with exceptional quality and expertise. This is the best experience I have had with a company.. it was nice to hear a technician speak so highly of a company. I was so impressed with the service and overall professionalism of the technician I plan to use this company in the future, as long as I can request this committed, hard working and professional technician."

"Exceptional customer service and workmanship. Dave texted me to let me know in advance to let me know he was running late (on a Saturday afternoon). As for replacing the faucet, he disassembled the old and cleaned the drain/stopper pipe, and replaced within an hour."

"This was my first time using this approach for a home repair. Bob (Bear Mechanical Plumber) was very friendly, and displayed a lot of knowledge and experience as we discussed what I needed to have repaired. He successfully removed my old kitchen faucet hose ((which was leaking) and installed a new hose that I had procured from the original faucet manufacturer. He finished his work by operating the faucet and verifying no leaks were present, and the hose functioned as intended. He cleaned as he worked and even showed me the worn areas in the old hose that were contributing to the leaks. I appreciated his good work ethic and attention to detail. To top all of this off, my bill was even less than I was quoted on the phone as I began my search for a plumber. I will definitely call Bear Mechanical and ask for Bob again. Tim Ludlow"
