He walked me through the entire process that was used to determine what size generator I would require in the event of a power failure. When he had left the house that evening it was not with an ultimatum of “You must let us know right away, or in the next 72 hours” type approach. In this case it was more along the lines of “Think it over and we are glad to have been able to present our product” Once we decided to have the generator installed the communication from the front office in regards to what was required from me and what the contractor would provide was excellent. Scheduling was easy and all that was discussed was provided on time and with no exceptions. The work crew was on time and cleaned up upon completion of the installation. Overall an outstanding experience and I would recommend them to anybody looking to have a backup home generator installed."

David answered the phone when I called and was able to get someone out the next afternoon (no easy feat, every other company I called told me it would be a month or more before they could come out!) And it's not because this is not a busy company, his phone was ringing off the hook! He just understood how important it was to get someone out soon and made it happen for me. I expected to have to clean up after the electrician was done, but I could not have been more wrong! The electrician completely cleaned up after himself and left everything as neat as a pin. I had no idea what the job was going to cost (as I mentioned, I was practically desperate) and I was thrilled and so grateful when I got their bill. Very, very reasonable for the work done.
